See Clearly
What it means to be human right now
We are all moving fast. But toward what? This talk confronts the question most leaders are too busy to ask: are we chasing more, or are we building something better? Eric lays out frameworks for making sense of a world in constant motion, making choices that actually align to values, and adapting when the ground shifts underneath you. Audiences leave with a shared language for what "better" looks like in their organization and a practical toolkit for getting there.
Choose Wisely
Why AI is making everything look the same — and what to do about it
Seventy-four percent of new web pages now include AI-generated content. Everything is starting to look, read, and feel the same. Eric calls this the broken bell curve: AI predicts the middle, platforms reward the middle, and we start acting like the middle. This talk is about what it takes to stay distinctive when the machines are optimizing for average.
Act Boldly
Tailored to your organization
Every engagement is customized. Eric works with event organizers to build presentations, half-day workshops, and multi-session programs that address specific leadership challenges, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Rooted in cognitive psychology and real operating experience.

Performer & TEDx Organizer
Eric should be your number one go-to.
Dr. Eric Solomon is the kind of person I look for to speak on my stage. He is dedicated to every step of the process and delivers a talk that makes you laugh, think, and fundamentally change your perspective. Eric is deeply knowledgeable about his subject area, and is able to relate complex concepts to audiences in an understandable way.
Publishing Leader
The kind of speaker you're still thinking about years later.
He brings clarity to complex ideas, and makes them useful. His background building brands at places like YouTube and Spotify means he's actually lived what he's teaching. People walk out of his sessions thinking differently about their work and their lives. He makes you want to "f**k up some commas." If you've seen him speak, you'll get the reference. And if you haven't: well, now don't you want to?
Agency President
Gamechanger. If you can get him, don't wait.
The first time I saw Eric speak, I remember being frustrated I couldn't take notes fast enough. His insights, formed from years leading some of the most consequential brands on the planet, were as actionable as they were visionary. He lights up the whole room.
